Veteran Nollywood actress Eucharia Anunobi has sparked widespread reactions online following her remarks on financial dynamics in romantic relationships.
Speaking during an appearance on the The Honest Bunch Podcast, the actress argued that many men feel incomplete when they rely financially on women, insisting that most men naturally desire the role of provider in a relationship.

“There’s no man that feels complete when a woman is feeding him. Forget it, don’t let anybody deceive you. A man wants to be able to give instructions to his wife. It’s a male thing. A man needs to have money,” she said during the discussion.
The actress also shared her perspective on women’s expectations in relationships, noting that many women still find fulfillment in being cared for by their partners.
“I’m a woman, I want to be taken care of. It’s the joy of a woman. Every woman, even if she is a billionaire,” she added.
