Suspected kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, otherwise known as Evans has pleaded guilty to the charge of kidnapping.
This follows his arraignment today at the High Court in Lagos by the state government.
The Lagos State Government had earlier disclosed that it would arraign the suspected kidnapper before Justice Hakeem Oshodi of the Lagos High Court Ikeja.
