As you are reading this, the governorship primary of the Ogun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic is underway despite a directive of the National Working Committee of the party, which orders the postponement of the exercise.
The chairman of the PDp in the state, Bayo Dayo, said he had yet to receive such directive from the NWC.
The NWC of the party has declared the exercise ‘unauthorised’.
Delegates started voting to elect the governorship candidate of the party at the Oke Mosan, Abeokuta, secretariat of the party at about 2.26pm.
