The Sierra Leonean Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria, Maj. Gen. Alfred Nelson (retd.) has been kidnapped along Abuja-Kaduna Expressway, PUNCH reports.
It was gathered that General Williams was abducted on his way to Kaduna from Abuja where he was to attend a military graduation ceremony.
Reports say the kidnappers are demanding tens of millions of Naira as ransom.
