US-based content creator Kai Cenat has touched hearts in Lagos by visiting the Makoko Children School Orphanage Home, donating school supplies and spending quality time with the children.

The 24-year-old streamer, known for his massive online following, participated in dancing, painting, and games with the orphans, creating a memorable experience for the kids.

Speaking during his second visit to Nigeria, Cenat expressed his affection for Lagos, citing the warmth and love he receives as a major reason for his repeated trips.

“I feel very comfortable whenever I’m in Lagos. The love I get here is a big reason I keep coming back,” he said.

Cenat also shared his regret at missing the festive season in Lagos, adding that he is eager to explore and better understand Nigerian culture.

“I’m so mad that I missed December in Lagos. I just want to understand the culture more and explore it better. That’s what I’ve been doing all day,” he said.

The streamer’s philanthropic efforts in Makoko are ongoing. In 2024, he initiated a school project, donating $3,000 toward its development. He also met Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who commended him for leveraging his platform to impact lives positively.

Plans for the future include building a school in Makoko to provide free education for local children, reinforcing Cenat’s commitment to supporting the community through meaningful initiatives.
