American rapper Rick Ross has shared his dream list of music collaborators, naming reggae legend Bob Marley, Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti, Afrobeats star Burna Boy, and iconic singer Sade Adu.

Ross made the revelation during a recent livestream, where he expressed deep admiration for the artistes and said working with them would produce what he described as a “king-level” and “next-level” sound.

According to the rapper, combining the musical styles of the Jamaican reggae legend, the Afrobeat pioneer, the Grammy-winning Afrobeats star and the Nigerian-British singer would create an extraordinary global record.

“If I had a dream collaboration right now, it would be Rick Ross, Bob Marley, Fela Kuti and Burna Boy. Imagine such a record. To me, that’s king-level. That’s next level,” he said.

Ross also revealed he would love to add Sade to the project, though he admitted securing a collaboration with the reclusive singer might be difficult.

“I am the boss but I don’t know if I could get Sade to collaborate with me. I will put that on the wish list. I love Sade. Salute queen,” he added.

The rapper’s comments have since sparked excitement among fans, with many imagining the fusion of hip-hop, reggae, Afrobeat and Afrobeats into one historic musical collaboration.
