Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is set to headline the ‘Davido & Friends’ concert at the Crystal Palace Bowl in London on Friday.
The highly anticipated outdoor show is part of the Palace Bowl Presents summer festival series in the United Kingdom.
Davido had earlier announced the concert on his social media platforms, describing it as his first festival appearance in the UK and his only outdoor performance in London this summer.
The event is scheduled to open its doors at 3 p.m., according to information published on the official Palace Bowl Presents website.
Davido will be joined on stage by a lineup of artistes, including Omah Lay, Black Sherif, Gabzy, T x C, Jazzwrld & Thukuthela, Ecool, Morravey and Boi Chase.
Ahead of the performance, Davido on Wednesday shared promotional artwork for the concert on his Instagram Story, displaying a “SOLD OUT” banner.
The singer expressed excitement as he prepares to take his ‘Davido & Friends’ show to thousands of fans in London.
The concert comes as Davido’s uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, prepares to seek re-election on Saturday.
