Nollywood actress Annie Idibia has dismissed reports claiming she has reconciled with her estranged husband, music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, insisting that the videos fueling the speculation are old and misleading.
The rumours began circulating after clips showing the former couple dancing together at a nightclub resurfaced on social media last week, prompting widespread speculation that they had rekindled their relationship.
Reacting to the claims on Monday via her Instagram Stories, Annie described the reports as false, stressing that the videos being shared online were not recent.
“Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere!!!” she wrote.
Her response comes just days after the resurfaced nightclub footage sparked conversations among fans about the possibility of a reunion between the estranged couple.
Annie and 2Baba officially announced the end of their marriage in January 2025, ending a relationship that lasted for more than a decade.
Since their separation, both celebrities have remained in the spotlight, with their personal lives continuing to attract significant public and media attention.
