A grieving Lagos father, Samuel Alozie, popularly known as Promise Samuel on TikTok, is calling for justice following the death of his nine-month-old identical twin sons, Testimony and Timothy, whom he alleges died about 24 hours after receiving routine immunisation at the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State.

The tragedy drew widespread attention on Wednesday after Alozie shared a video on TikTok showing the lifeless bodies of the twins in separate body bags. The post, which quickly went viral, was captioned in part: “This is the result of the immunisation… they killed my twin boys with injections.”

In a follow-up video posted on Thursday via his TikTok handle, @promise.samuel099, Alozie recounted the events leading up to the deaths. According to him, he took his children for routine immunisation on the morning of December 24, 2025.

He claimed that shortly after receiving the injections, the twins became unusually weak, stopped eating and playing, and developed high temperatures. Acting on the advice of the nurse at the health centre, the parents reportedly administered paracetamol and bathed the children in an attempt to reduce the fever.

“It happened that the immunisation was conducted on the 24th of December in the morning. And on the morning of 25th December, they died,” Alozie said.
“After the injection, they were very weak. They couldn’t eat, they couldn’t play, they couldn’t disturb like they used to. The two of them died at the same time.”

The father alleged that the vaccines administered may have been expired, fake or given in excessive dosage, accusing the health authorities of negligence.

“The government has killed my children,” he said emotionally. “My twins were not sick. They were strong and sound. We went for immunisation and came back with death.”

Alozie maintained that since birth, the twins had not suffered any serious illness and had regularly received routine immunisations without complications.

“I decided to take them for immunisation so nobody would say I didn’t take proper care of my children,” he said. “From the first day they were born, I have been taking them for immunisation.”

He also noted that the nurse who administered the last injections was not the regular health worker who usually attended to his children, a detail he believes is significant.

As of the time of filing this report, officials of the Lagos State Ministry of Health and the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre had not publicly responded to the allegations. Calls have since intensified on social media for an independent investigation to determine the cause of the twins’ deaths and establish accountability, if any.
