Popular TikToker and content creator, Peller, has revealed that his decision to marry his fiancée, Jarvis, is motivated by his desire to break the family pattern of his parents never getting married.
Speaking on a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, Peller said growing up in a home where his parents were not married influenced his resolve to get married.
“My parents did not get married and gave birth to us. I want to break that curse and get married. Of course, I must do marriage,” he said.
The social media personality also disclosed that his parents initially did not believe he was serious when he informed them of his plans to marry Jarvis.
“I told my parents I want to get married, and when I told them, it was like a joke. They didn’t take me seriously. I told them, ‘I want to marry her. I love her,'” Peller said.
Jarvis, who also appeared on the podcast, shared that they first met physically in November 2024 and that she organised their first date.
Peller further explained that the energetic personality people see on social media is largely a character created for entertainment, adding that he is more reserved and business-minded in his private life.
“All people see online about me is the character. I’m more mature when I’m alone. If I’m at home alone, I sit down, write things and think about the next thing that will bring money. The only thing I bring to people is the character,” he said.
He also dismissed suggestions that marriage could negatively affect his career, expressing confidence that he would remain just as creative and entertaining after settling down.
“If I marry at 30 years old, the way I perform now, I will still perform then,” he added.
