Nollywood actress Nancy Iheme has sparked reactions on social media after declaring that she no longer wishes to maintain relationships with family members or friends who support President Bola Tinubu’s potential re-election bid.

The actress made the statement in a post shared on her Instagram page, where she strongly criticized supporters of the current administration, accusing them of endorsing what she described as “evil” despite the economic and social challenges facing the country.

According to Iheme, the hardship being experienced by Nigerians has become unbearable and has affected people across all walks of life, including her own family. She expressed frustration over the state of the economy and blamed the current administration for the country’s difficulties.

In the strongly worded post, Iheme warned that she would distance herself from anyone supporting Tinubu for a second term, regardless of their relationship with her.

“If you are supporting Tinubu for a second term, whether you are family or friend, I do not want to associate with you again because your IQ is at negative digits and you are supporting evil in broad daylight. Avoid me please. You are a dangerous being,” she wrote.

The actress further lamented the economic situation in the country, stating that many Nigerians are struggling to survive amid rising hardship.

“I’m suffering, our parents are suffering, Nigeria is falling apart, people are dying, the economy has collapsed. I don’t want to see or hear anyone supporting this present administration. I will block and delete you forever and forever,” she added.

Iheme’s remarks have since generated mixed reactions online, with some users supporting her stance while others criticized her comments as divisive.
