Nollywood has been thrown into mourning following the death of popular Yoruba actor Adeshina Okiki Janmole, who reportedly lost his life in a tragic road accident.

Actor Akin Olaiya confirmed the heartbreaking news through a social media post accompanied by a video believed to have been recorded at the accident scene. Expressing his grief, Olaiya offered prayers for the deceased and described the loss as deeply saddening.
“Inalilahi Wainalilahi Rojihuna. This is sad. Rest in peace, Adeshina Okiki Janmole,” he wrote.

The President of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Mr Latin, also reacted to the actor’s passing, describing it as a painful loss to the entertainment community.
