Nigerian rapper and singer, Odumodublvck, has alleged that the police have made several attempts to arrest him following reports purportedly filed against him by individuals with whom he is currently embroiled in a dispute.
The rapper made the allegation while speaking at a recent concert, where he linked the reported arrest attempts to his ongoing feud with fellow artiste, Blaqbonez, and his claims of a cover-up involving an alleged sexual abuse case.
The controversy dates back to June 2026, when Odumodublvck made a series of posts on X accusing Blaqbonez of sexual abuse and alleging that some individuals within the Nigerian music industry were protecting him.
Blaqbonez subsequently threatened legal action against Odumodublvck over the allegations.
In a later interview, Blaqbonez explained that he initially chose not to respond to the controversy because he was not concerned about being portrayed as the “bad guy.”
He, however, said he decided to address the matter after Odumodublvck publicly accused him of sexual abuse.
Amid the escalating dispute, Odumodublvck claimed that his confrontation with those involved had resulted in police reports being filed against him.
According to the rapper, the police had allegedly attempted to arrest him on several occasions because of complaints made by people he had been publicly challenging.
“In Nigeria, I have a case, and the police have tried to arrest me several times because of the people who went to report me to them because I’ve been raging war against them,” he said.
Odumodublvck further claimed that any report of his arrest should be linked to the ongoing dispute with Blaqbonez.
“They try to arrest me, so anytime you hear that I have been arrested, just know that it’s because of Blaqbonez,” he alleged.
The rapper also accused other prominent Nigerian musicians, including M.I Abaga and Ice Prince, of allegedly covering up for a sexual abuser.
“They are trying to cover up a sexual abuser. M.I Abaga, Ice Prince, all of them are covering up a sexual abuser, but they cannot take me down,” he claimed.
The allegations have added another layer to the public dispute between Odumodublvck and Blaqbonez, with the matter potentially heading for legal proceedings following Blaqbonez’s earlier threat to sue over the accusations.
