Radio stations Beat 99.9 FM as well as Naija FM shut down services very early last night due to the ongoing fuel/diesel scarcity.
Making the announcement on social media, the radio stations stated that they will be closing at 8:00PM.
Beat FM mentioned on air that services will resume on Sunday morning but that Monday could not be guaranteed.
Telecoms company MTN also sent out a message saying:
