The Taraba State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal had declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Hajia Aisha Alhassan, the lawful winner of the Taraba State governorship election held on April 11.
In its judgement on Saturday, the Tribunal sacked Darius Ishaku of the Peoples Democratic Party as governor.
It said Alhassan, who is popularly known as Mama Taraba, was the lawfully elected candidate of the election.
