Davido just stays living it big. The BET Best African Act award winner was the headline act for Rwanda’s Liberation Day Concert in Kigali. Davido was welcomed into the country by none other than the country’s President, Paul Kegame. Alongside Kegame were his wife and children, who also came to welcome the superstar at the airport.
The 21-year-old headliner performed to a crowd of over 60, 000 excited fans. Amongst this large crowd were 9 East African presidents, including President Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania and President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya.
Davido was also asked to perform his hit single, Aye at the President’s home for a private audience. Talk about V.I.P treatment!
