Renowned Nigerian music executive Michael Collins Ajereh, widely known as Don Jazzy, has shared a rare insight into his personal philosophy on fame, success, and gratitude.

Speaking during a recent episode of Keeping It Real With Jima, the Mavin Records founder disclosed that he consciously avoids complaining about the challenges that come with success. According to him, his decision is rooted in a deep sense of faith and a fear that expressing dissatisfaction could jeopardize his blessings.

When asked what success had brought him that he did not necessarily want, Don Jazzy responded with unwavering appreciation, stating that he embraces everything life has given him.

“I like everything that God gave me,” he said, while acknowledging that there are moments he wishes certain things could be different. However, he quickly clarified that he refrains from dwelling on such thoughts.

“Obviously, there are sometimes that you just wish that some things were different. But I’m not wishing for anything different… before God will now decide to adjust my life,” he added.
