Popular social media personality Amadou Elizabeth, widely known as Jarvis, has spoken candidly about her mother’s deteriorating health and her fears of being targeted by online critics.

In an emotional video shared on X, the TikToker revealed that her mother is unwell, expressing concern that social media users could exploit her condition to attack or discredit her.

“So my mom is actually sick. What I’m saying is that online is crazy. Tomorrow they might video her in her condition and try to use it against me. That’s the one thing I’ve been scared of — that nobody should find out that my mom is not well and they should not come and speak against me on social media,” she said.

Jarvis stressed that her mother’s illness is beyond what money can fix, noting that healing now rests on faith and divine intervention rather than financial resources.

“Social media will always say, ‘Oh, why didn’t you take care of her? You have all the money, you have everything.’ But at this point, money can’t solve it. It’s just God, faith, belief,” she explained.

She went on to praise her mother’s resilience and sacrifices, revealing that she single-handedly raised her children without support from their Senegalese father.

“I love my mom and she tried. She really tried. She fought and defended us without any father’s support,” Jarvis said tearfully.

The influencer also spoke about her strained relationship with her father, disclosing that communication ceased when she was still a child and that she has since been making efforts to reconnect.

“From the beginning of my birth, he used to call me Aminata and I just giggled. But it got to a point when the whole communication line stopped. Till today, I haven’t heard from him. I’m the one searching. I’ve gone to Senegal and I’m still trying my best,” she revealed.

Jarvis’ disclosure comes weeks after she confirmed the end of her relationship with fellow influencer and livestreamer Hamzat Habeeb, popularly known as Peller, following his car crash incident during a livestream.
