His long time friend, Black Rice shared photos from the exercise on his facebook page.
Black Rice also thanked friends and fans for donations.

It was not clear if the latest effort to rehabilitate Majek is connected with that of his ex-back up singer, Monica Omorodion.
Omorodion had opened a fund-raising account on gofundme.com in a renewed effort to rehabilitate the troubled singer.
Majek has been battling drug abuse and alcohol for the most part of his career.
The Send Down The Rain crooner revealed recently that he was scared to go for rehab.
