According to an ancient adage which says,One day for the thief, One day for the owner. This saying rightly summed up an event that occurred today February 27, 2015 at Ojere village in Abeokuta.
The unfortunate incident happened at exactly 1:20pm when Muslims faithful were thronging to the mosque for the weekly Jumat service.
Just like a bee buzz, migrating to another location,the shouting of the onlookers started renting the air towards the school premises.
At this stage, student started heading to the school gate to have a view of the event that is about to envelope their school.
However, the student were disappointed when they realized it was one of their colleagues been mobbed by the indigenes.
SocietyGists.com reporter who was at the scene gathering that the assailant is a student of ND2 Marketing Department who was identified as Lukman.
According to multiple witness, it was revealed that Lukman has been stealing and harassing female student in his domain for quiet some time now.
Unfortunately, he was caught when he wanted to loot from his new catches.
An eye-witness exclusively disclosed to our reporter how the hoodlums has been operating in his neighbourhood.
“It will interest you to know that the guy is a cultist, he has been harassing and molesting ladies for some time now,he told some guys that they should give him their phones, and he has a gun with him or else he will shoot them”, he disclosed.
We gathered that the alarm was blown when one of the student realized that he had nothing on him to harm them.
However,he was handed over to the school authorities,who later hand-cuff him.
All our effort to reach the school authorities was futile as at press time.
