REVEALED: Lagos Speaker Mudashiru Obasa Was Booted Out of Secondary School for Indiscipline

Obasa, a lawyer, lawmaker, a patriot and party man, is one of the most senior parliamentarians in the Lagos state House of Assembly today.

He has been described as a man with impeccable legislative experience, a brilliant legal mind, a grassroots mobilizer, energizer and organizer, a responsible husband and father, a man of great honour and integrity.

SocietyGists stumbled on one of his numerous interview, where the Lagos State House of Assembly Speaker revealed that he was booted out of Secondary school for his indiscipline.

What was growing up like for you?

It was not a privileged one, no doubt about that but a peaceful one. I attended public primary school such as St. Thomas Auquinas, Surulere, Mushin from where I joined LGA Orile Agege Primary School. I started my secondary school in Saka Tinubu Memorial High School, Orile Agege and finished at Archbishop Aggrey Memorial Secondary School, Mushin, because I was booted out of Saka Tinubu Memorial High School, Orile Agege, for indiscipline.

Obasa was born on November 11, 1972, and began his early education at St Thomas Acquinas Pry School, Surulere, Lagos after which he proceeded to Archbishop Aggey Memorial Secondary school, Mushin, Ilasamaja, Lagos.

He had his university education at the prestigious Lagos State University (LASU) where he obtained an LLB degree in law in the year 2006 and thereafter enrolled immediately at the Nigeria Law School, Lagos for his BL.
