Famous American rapper Future has candidly admitted that his greatest life regret is not loving and treating women better.

Born Nayvadius DeMun Cash, the hip-hop star, who has nine children with different women, reflected on his troubled romantic history during an interview on Hot 97 FM.

In the emotional conversation, Future acknowledged that his upbringing significantly shaped his approach to relationships.

“My biggest regret in life is, I should have loved harder. I should have found a way to love the right way,” he said.

The rapper explained that he grew up without a strong male role model and never witnessed his mother experience genuine affection from a partner.

“I came from nothing and I didn’t have a person or a male role model to show me how to treat a woman. I have never seen someone buy my mum a flower,” he revealed.

Future admitted that many of his past relationships became learning experiences, as he had no prior example of healthy romantic dynamics.

However, he stressed that he is not using his childhood as an excuse for mistakes made in his personal life.

Instead, the award-winning artist said he is now focused on growth, self-reflection and making better decisions moving forward.

The revelation marks a rare moment of vulnerability from the rapper, known as much for his chart-topping hits as for his high-profile relationships, as he continues to evolve both personally and professionally.
